Silverskiff Race 2008, the 11-km-long skiff time-regatta, will take place on Saturday 9th November in Torino.

In the 2006 Winter Olympics host city, famous champions and masters will compete on a suggestive race course, going through parks and castles.

In 2007, 400 athletes aged 15-80 and coming from 18 different countries took part in this “Rowing Day”: we invite you to join us too this year!

Silverskiff is the sole competition where a master can race side by side with a famous champion: high level athletes will have the chance to compete with Olympic and World champions and masters will have the opportunity to compete for the category first prize.

At the same link you can find the subscription form: this year it has already been filled in by athletes coming from Croatia, Switzerland, USA, France, Germany, Austria, Egypt, Australia, Romania;UK and Czech Republic.

Kinderskiff, the 4-km-long skiff race, dedicated to youngsters (born in 1994 or 1995), will be run off the day before Silverskiff race, on Saturday 8th November.
