Internazionale Para-Rowing e Master: si parte!

GAVIRATE, 02 febbraio 2015 – E’ una settimana importante per l’A.S.D. Canottieri Gavirate: la macchina organizzativa della prossima regata internazionale Para-Rowing e Master è già stata messa in funzione. La gara, che è ormai diventata una tradizione per il club rossoblù, si terrà a Gavirate dal 14 al 17 Maggio 2015. In questi quattro giorni vedremo svolgersi la nona edizione della regata internazionale Para-Rowing, la quarta edizione del campionato mondiale indoor INAS e la seconda edizione della gara internazionale INAS.
 
Diverse le novità previste per il 2015: innanzitutto vista l’importanza di una regata di questo tipo si è deciso di creare il sito internet in lingua inglese dedicato alla manifestazione: www.gaviraterowingregatta2015.com. Questo portale sarà il punto di riferimento per tutte le squadre e per gli atleti stranieri che vorranno avere maggiori informazioni sulla regata. Altra novità di quest’anno sarà l’introduzione di una gara promozionale di Dragon-Boat, l’imbarcazione caratteristica e spettacolare mossa con pagaie dove possono trovare posto fino a 20 atleti. “Abbiamo già ricevuto alcune richieste da parte di società estere per la partecipazione a questa gara. Questo è un ulteriore stimolo per noi per lavorare al fine di migliorare sempre di più l’organizzazione della nostra gara. Sono molto orgoglioso del lavoro svolto negli anni passati, e sono convinto che questa edizione non sarà da meno, anzi…”, queste le dichiarazioni del presidente della Canottieri Gavirate, Giancarlo Pomati.

International Para-Rowing & Master Regatta: let’s start!

This is a very important week for the Gavirate Rowing Club: the Organising Committee of the International Para-Rowing and Master Regatta has already started working for the event.
The race, a traditional sporting event for our club, will take place from the 14th to the 17th of May 2015 on Varese Lake in Gavirate.
During these four days we will see the 9th edition of the International Para-Rowing Regatta, the 4th edition of the INAS Indoor World Rowing, and the 2nd edition of the INAS International Regatta.
There will be some innovations this year: firstly we have decided to create a new website in English: www.gaviraterowingregatta2015.com
This website is useful for everyone that need further information about the race. Moreover the OC has decided to introduce a race for the dragon boats.
“We have already received some requests from some teams and athletes all over the world. We are proud of that, so we are working hard to better the race. I’m sure that this edition will be special!” says Mr Giancarlo Pomati, President of the Gavirate Rowing Club.
