Vicor Cup 2008: Coastal Rowing International regatta towards Sanremo World Rowing Coastal Championship
Less than two months before the Coastal Rowing international regatta “Vicor Cup” (Verbano International Coastal Rowing Cup) on the water of Lake Maggiore on sunday 3rd of August organized by Canottieri Luino. The track is 8km long starting from Luino (2nd coastal rowing italian center), go through Maccagno and Colmenga and back to Luino. This regatta is a precious chance in preparation to the World Rowing Coastal Champioship of Sanremo, from 16th to 19th of October
Luino is a beautiful touristic town on the Lake Maggiore, near the Switzerland border, and is suitable for sport, art, history and natural landscapes. Luino is 60 km from Malpensa international airport and 15 km from the Lugano airport (see attached leaflet). Race program will follow very soon.
