“I am most impressed with the arrangements the organising committee of the Società Canottieri Genovesi Elpis has in place. The Tour will visit many very beautiful places along the eastern Ligurian Coast. The participants will have a very special experience on this tour – ha detto – The organising committee has done a wonderful job in promoting the tour. We have had a record 114 entries so far, and entries do not close until next week. The entries are from 14 countries and 5 continents” .

“It was great to experience first-hand the on-water conditions the participants are likely to have. It was reassuring to know how many little harbours there are at the many towns and small villages along the route that the boats can easily enter to make a crew change in protected water, or for a comfort stop. I am very impressed with the safety arrangements the organisers have put in place”.
