Possibile sviluppo del Para-Rowing sul Lago di Lesina

ROMA, 05 dicembre 2015 – Il club croato Rowing Club Gusar ha comunicato l’intenzione di ricercare tecnici per la posizione di Head Coach della società. L’ HVK Gusar è stato fondato nel 1914 a Spalato ed è uno dei club croati più premiati e vanta numerose  medaglie conquistate alle Olimpiadi, Campionati Mondiali ed Europei, in Coppa del Mondo ed ai Campionati Nazionali. Il club gode di solida situazione finanziaria, dispone di 12500 metri quadri di terreno per la sede, le attrezzature ed una flotta di imbarcazioni che consiste in 3 otto fuoriscalmo, 5 quattro senza, 14 due senza, 7 singoli, 10 singoli per principianti e 3 quattro senza per principianti.

 

 

We are members of the rowing club Gusar from Split, Croatia and we are looking for a new head coach. HVK Gusar was founded in 1914 and it is one of the most awarded rowing clubs in Croatia with medals from Olympic games, World and European championships. In past 20 years Gusar has won silver and bronze medal on the Olympic Games; gold, silver and bronze medal on World Championship; 3 World Cups and 39 National championship titles, counting only titles in the senior category.

The club has its financial stability, along with its well appointed grounds of 12 500 m2, a large and well maintained collection of boats consisting of: 3 x 8+, 5 x 4-, 14 x 2-, 7 x 1x, 10 novice singles and 3 novice fours. 5 Coaches have 3 powerboats at their disposal, well-equipped gym with large number of ergs. 80 cadets (under 14 years), 80 juniors (15-18 years) and 8 seniors are currently training at the club.

Although rowing coaches form Croatia managed to win dozen of world and olympic medals in past ten years we like to extend our search to international level. This is why we are seeking you help to extend the reach of our quest. Any recommendation or suggestion is appreciated.
